Giveaways

In order for your entry to be valid:

1. Please make sure to follow the requirements for entry (and extra entry if available) into the giveaway. Comments will be deleted if not followed.
2. Please make sure to follow all required rules noted on the giveaway. These rules are required by the Sponsor.
3. Please make sure that an email is given either through your contact profile or within the comment itself. Winners are notified by email.
4. Winners chosen by random.org will have 48 hours to respond. If winners do not respond within the allotted time, a new winner will be chosen.

All giveaways through DannieSpeaks are shipped directly by the sponsor (unless otherwise noted). If you have not received your winning prize within a two week period, please contact me and I will try to resolve the issue directly with the sponsor.

Please note, giveaways on DannieSpeaks are on behalf of the noted sponsor. I cannot be held accountable for sponsors actions regarding giveaways. Sponsors are expected to honor all giveaways and send prizes within a timely manner; failure to delivery any part of the giveaway prize lies solely on the sponsor. I am also not responsible for discrepancies between the stated prize and actual item shipped by the sponsor.
