Hell and Weight Loss

For me, weight loss and Hell are two in the same… weight loss is HELL for me. I have spent more time as a yo-yo than any other fun toy I can think of and the fun has just about run out of me. I’m exhausted trying to find a safe, fun way to lose weight, be healthy while losing, and staying on track. Enter Mamavation!

Fast forward…

I’ve been following @BookieBoo for sometime now on Twitter and I’ll admit, although I have stopped by the Bookie Boo community more times then I can remember, for some reason I have never signed up. Well, tonight my procrastination stopped and I finally joined the community of savvy fit moms, so that not only can I share my story, but learn from their weight loss story as well.
